Prior to its acquisition of Masonite, Premdor contracted ChickenFox (dba Interactive Concepts) to design, develop, and maintain a customized Employee Benefits application. As the company grew, ChickenFox migrated this application to Premdor's installation of Peoplesoft. In September of 2000, Premdor acquired Masonite Corporation. As a result, the US Dept. of Justice required divestiture of several Premdor assets.
